RATES:

Unless otherwise specified all rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. All prices are current at the time of posting and subject to change due to unforeseen changes in transportation, hotel, international exchange or tax rates. Any changes will be reflected in a price adjustment at the time of final payment. We offer a 24-hour courtesy hold on your reservation, at the end of which time payment is due.

CREDIT CARDS:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

CASH SALES:

Personal and cashier's checks are accepted for deposit and final payment if received greater than 30 days prior to departure. Full and final payments made within 30 days of departure must be paid with the accepted credit cards.

INITIAL DEPOSIT:

$150.00 per person (unless otherwise noted) is due within 7 days of booking. Should instant purchase or additional deposits be needed for transportation tickets as defined by the fare - payment may be required immediately. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 45 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation. All credit card payments require a signed credit card authorization prior to issuance of documents. GROUPS (25 or more): $100.00 per person is due within 7 to 15 days of booking. Group final payment: All final payments and applicable rooming lists are due no later than 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

AFTER INITIAL DEPOSIT: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee per booking. Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to departure- $25.00 per person;

Between 44 & 31 days prior to departure- $75.00 per person;

Between 30 & 22 days before departure $100.00 per person.

Bookings cancelled 21 days or less prior to departure, $150.00 per person

Additional fees: Airline tickets are often non-refundable and have change penalties. Hotel cancellation fees will apply and vary by hotel and travel dates. Charter tickets, holiday and special event bookings, and villa deposits are non-refundable. Maximum penalties apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales. No refunds are made for no-shows, unused or partially used services or vouchers.

Group Packages: $25.00 - $50.00 per person is non-refundable. Specific policies will be reconfirmed upon booking.

REVISIONS:

Changes made after payment has been received will incur an administrative fee: prior to 31 days before departure -$25.00 per change per booking; 30 days or less before departure or after documents have been issued -$25.00 per person. Re-issuance of airline tickets will incur additional fees. Other fees charged by hotels, airlines, villas, condos, car rental and tour companies are in addition to the above charges.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We recommend Travel Insurance to all participants. Persons are often forced to cancel vacations prior to, or during travel due to unexpected injuries or illness. The Trip Cancellation Insurance covers deposits lost as a result of the above cancellation policies. Refunds are issued for cancellations due to injury, illness or death in the insured's family or traveling companion. Plus, this complete coverage program includes baggage loss, trip delay or interuption, emergency medical and more.




CANCELLATION / CHANGE PENALTY WAIVER:

Is available for $36.00 per person puchased at time of deposit

DOCUMENTS:

All applicable documents including tickets, detailed itineraries, vouchers and check-in details will be sent approximately four weeks prior to departure.

CUSTOM PACKAGES FOR GROUPS:

We can provide complete packages to any of the enclosed resorts customized to your specifications and clients needs. This includes meetings, conventions and special theme tours.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal information collected from clients will be held strictly in confidence and used only in the capacity for which it was intended through the course of the reservation process.


Responsibility: Caribbean Travel Specialists of Union City, California and/or its agents act only in the capacity of agent for participants in all matters pertaining to accommodations, activities, and transportation whether by airplane, ship, bus, automobile, or any other means of conveyance and shall not be liable for any injury, accident, damage, loss, delay or irregularity occasioned by neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveyance of passengers, housing of participants or supplying of services in conjunction with Caribbean Travel Specialists packages. Caribbean Travel Specialists reserves the right to withdraw a package, to make changes in the published itineraries, or to refuse to accept or retain any person as a participant at any time, whenever in their judgment conditions warrant, or if changes are necessary for the convenience, comfort or safety of the participants. Neither Caribbean Travel Specialists and/or its agents are to be held responsible for the closing of access routes to or from resorts due to weather conditions nor are they to be held liable for any additional expense, consequence or inconvenience resulting from the above conditions. Caribbean Travel Specialists will not be liable for a payment of refund for unused housing, meals, or activities occasioned by a late arrival, sickness or injury. All Caribbean Travel Specialists prices are based on tariffs in effect at the time of publication of sales literature, and are subject to reconfirmation when final payments are made.


STATE OF CALIFORNIA SELLERS OF TRAVEL LAW

Pursuant to current state law a number of details have been presented to you on invoices, travel documents and marketing materials. They include our registration number, complete cancellation, deposit and payment policies, complete package inclusions, suppliers used such as transportation companies, specific hotels and resorts. This statement is required by the state: If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel (Caribbean Travel Specialists), all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
