Centrally located on the popular south coast of the island, 4 miles from the Airport and the island's capital, Bridgetown. Complete tranquility and relaxation are definitely the order of the day. The pace for guests is 'island life', while our staff pamper and cater to your individual needs.

Our 38 spaciously designed suites all command views of the beautiful Caribbean sea, pool and gardens. Suites come with the creature comforts - air conditioning, bathroom, king or queen size beds, L-shaped couch, Cable TV, iron and board, hair dryer, telephone and radio. A fully equipped kitchen is in every suite. Guests may prepare their own meals, (use our on-site commissary to order your groceries) or for a little extra cost, we can arrange to have your meals specially prepared for you in the privacy of your suite. Full daily maid service is standard.

Studio units are tastefully decorated in cool Caribbean style featuring soft blues and whites, accented by the natural colors of beautiful plants and flowers, in the surrounding tropical gardens.

Try dining at the Water's Edge, our informal restaurant and beach bar. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks are served daily. Or enjoy delicious icy cocktails, with the crystal waters of the Caribbean sea lapping at your feet during our Happy Hour. Only a few footsteps away, Sand Acres guests also have access to the facilities at our sister luxury hotel, Bougainvillea Beach Resort.

Kayaking, Boogie Boarding and snorkeling are some of the more popular complimentary water sports offered by the Hotel.
